House Calls

What do you so when, out of nowhere, your computer just... stops working? It was working fine last week, but now it just won't cooperate. Now what?

You either have the option of crawling under your desk, unplugging everything, and then taking your computer to one of the big box stores, and you're all of a sudden releasing it into the hands of complete strangers to have it fixed. Who knows how long the repair will take? And when it is repaired, you need to make another trip to the store, pick up your computer, and set it up again.

Thankfully, you have a second option, which is to get in touch with us! We will come to your home, let you show us the problems, and then we'll go to work. Once solved, we'll let you see the results, to make sure everything is working properly and that you are satisfied.

Unfortunately, you don't have this luxury when you drop your computer off for repair. What if the problem you're having isn't being seen by the technician? What if they didn't fully understand your explanation of the problem? What if the problem is only partially fixed? There's no real way of avoiding this risk except for having a technician fix the problem on the spot!

Office Visits

If you're a small business, chances are you rely heavily on computers, yet you're not large enough to have your own full-time IT professional on-hand. So when you run into computer difficulties, you're in a tough spot! Since time is money and your productivity is already reduced with a problematic computer, the last thing you want to do is stop working and haul your computer up to the store.

This is where we are extremely valuable. One phone call or one e-mail, and we are on our way. You keep working, and we show up to take care of your computer. Think of how much time and money this could save you! If only you had found us earlier!

Additionally, you don't have us on the payroll, so all you do is pay us on a case-by-case basis. With larger jobs or ongoing support and maintenance arrangements, we can even negotiate a better price, saving your company even more money.

Privacy

One thing that is worth mentioning is your data's privacy. If you're like any other computer user, chances are you have family photos, health information, banking info, passwords, documents, and a host of other sensitive information on your computer.

You don't want that to fall in the wrong hands, and you don't want anybody snooping around on your computer. Sadly, if you drop your computer off at the store, the best you can do is hope that the worker that handles your computer does so with respect and integrity.

You can rest assured that we highly respect your privacy, and additionally, we want to be worthy of your trust. As such, we will not use your computer beyond the scope of servicing it, and we will never puruse your files aimlessly or with malicious intent.

When you give somebody control of your computer -- whether in-house or in the shop -- you have to be confident that your data and your privacy are safe. We intend to do our part and to handle each case with integrity.
