An article published in the Belleville News-Democrat on March 14th, 2008, states the average repair rate for computers is $100 per hour, with house calls being more expensive.  We try to maintain low prices without sacrificing quality and personal service.

** Emergency rates apply for after-hours, weekends, or jobs that require an immediate response (within a four-hour response time).

Most problems seem to be resolved in a ½ hour to 1½ hours.  We don't want you to be surprised by the bill, so if we suspect a problem is going to take longer than a couple of hours to fix, we will do our best to give you an estimate on the repair time.  That way, you can decide whether or not you want us to proceed.

Other on-site services, such as backups, wireless network configuration, and computer optimization, are also billed hourly as well, but oftentimes can be completed in less than an hour or two.
