Another big advantage is availability. If you're not in the metro-east area, don't worry. We support people all over the world! The beauty of the Internet is that we can connect with someone in a different continent and control a computer just as if we were sitting in front of it.

Unattended Service

At your request, we can perform maintenance and problem-solving while you are away from the computer. This means you can pick a convenient time where you don't need to use the computer, and we can connect and go to work. We also offer routine maintenance, scanning computers, downloading and installing updates, and so on.

This would be an ideal option for small businesses or anybody who relies heavily upon a computer, yet needs work done from time to time. You don't have to interrupt your schedule for us; we'll just set up a time that works for you, and we'll log in and take care of your computer at a time where you won't even miss it!

Privacy and Security

It's important to realize that, with our software, we only connect to your computer at your request. You can terminate the connection at any time, and we cannot reconnect without you initializing the procedure.

For those who want to give us access for unattended connections, this enables us to work on your computer without you being there. For security, though, you can still terminate the connection at any time and disable the software whenever you want, which will prohibit anybody from logging in.
